We will return to the sanctuary on Sunday, June 14th! Please adhere to the guidelines below:
- The church building will be thoroughly cleaned prior to reopening and thoroughly cleaned each week between services.
- The church will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance and face masks are highly encouraged.
- We will be removing the pew Bibles, cushions and Hymnals to alleviate the chance of virus spread through contact.
- There will be NO Children's Church, Nursery Service, Sunday School, Wednesday Night Prayer Meetings, or Sunday Night Small Groups.
- The only in person service offered will be Sunday morning at 10:15am. All others will be online only.
- The service will be an hour or less and will not include congregational singing due to the spread of droplets in the air.
- All families will be required to sit together while social distancing between households.This will be mandatory.
- Upon arrival, everyone will have their temperatures taken. If your temperature is higher than 100.4, you will not be permitted to enter the building. You will also be asked a series of questions which include: Have you had a cough, fever or shortness of breath in the last 5 days? Have you been around anyone with Covid-19? Have you recently traveled out of state? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, you will be asked to enjoy the service from your home via Facebook Live or YouTube.
- If you have a medical condition that qualifies you as high risk, we encourage you to enjoy the service from home, as we will still be streaming on Facebook Live and YouTube.
- The offering will be taken via an offering box at the back of the church as you leave as we will be dismissing by rows. As always, you will still be able to give online via the Tithe.ly app if you wish.
- There will be no paper bulletins. Virtual bulletins will continue to be sent via email.
- Pews will be marked as closed or available and restrooms will be closed. Please plan accordingly.
- For the safety of our staff and technical volunteers, the only part of the building that will be open to guests is the sanctuary.
